We always hope that you are completely satisfied with the item(s) you ordered. However, if you feel that a return is necessary:
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you must first contact us at returns@naitrisk.com. Please type Return in the subject line along with your order or item number for reference. Please include a reason for your request in the body of your message and attach an image of your item (if damaged) for review. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges.
Wrong Address
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment (if and as applicable).
Sale Items and/or Gift Cards
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Audio/Track downloads
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Audio/Track downloads.
